My story

Panther Domestic Short Hair Female 1 year old 5 lbs. Have you ever been to the zoo and taken a look at the panthers? They’re so awesome. All black and mysterious, just slinking around, cool as cucumbers. Now imagine if you had your very own mini-panther in your house! That’s exactly what I’m offering. My name is, of course, Panther, and I’m looking for someone who wants to bring the majesty and mystique of those big cats into their home. See, having a mini-panther is the best of both worlds. You get to have a graceful pet with a beautiful coat and regal demeanor AND a ton of cuddles that you aren’t likely to get from a regular panther. (I hear they can get bitey.) I am a little bit shy at first, as I try to determine who is worthy of my love and attention. But once I’ve had a few days to adjust to my new environment, I’ll climb right up in my person’s lap and roll over on my back, looking for belly rubs. Like any mysterious panther, I like to keep to myself at times, but the more love I’m shown, the more social I get! I currently live with a few dogs in my foster home and while I’m still building complete confidence with them, I think they can be my friends. Therefore, I’d do well in a home with really cat-friendly dogs who give me that time to warm up as well. What do you say? Want your own house panther? email my friends at PawsCo at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org or visit this information page: pawsco.org/adopt/adoption-process to fill out an application.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Panther, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
