My story

Phillip resides at a rescue in Arkansas. Please direct all questions regarding Phillip to Gail's Pets Second Chance. Phillip is a young male Labrador Retriever mix estimated to have been born 7/11/2019. He was found in a rural area and was skinny - you could see his ribs and hip bones. A nice lady picked him up and nursed him back to health and then contacted Gail's Pets. Phillip arrived at Gail's Pets and has been making friends with the other puppies at the rescue. He is very friendly and loves attention from the volunteers. Phillip resides at a rescue organization in Arkansas.
