My story

### WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS DOG DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF INTEREST IN HIM. ### **applicants must be in a 2 hr driving range from Toronto/Niagara area as we do home visits ourselves with our dogs** Franklin is a Bichon with possibly a bit of Poodle in him. He is 1 - 1 1/2 yrs old and was found as a stray. He is super cuddly and loves to be close all the time, and also loves to play outside and go for walks or car rides (he's a really good passenger). Franklin has been with his foster home since June as we were holding him for a pre approved home that due to unforeseen circumstances had to keep delaying the adoption. When he finally went to his new home, he had separation anxiety from his foster home and barked too much - so came back to us in a couple of days. We are now looking for his perfect match forever home. Franklin is definitely NOT an apartment dog because of his supersonic excited bark. He loves to run and play outside so a fenced in backyard is a must. Franklin is sweet boy but is still very puppyish and will need some help with his manners, eg: basic commands and tweaking his housetraining. Franklin's adoption fee is $400. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines. If you are interested in Franklin and can devote poss. 15+ years to him, contact Carol@happytailsrescue.ca -or- for an online application go to www.happytailsrescue.ca/adoption-form

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Franklin, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
