My story

Helloooooo world! My name is Cocoa and I am an 11-month old chocolate lab! My consultant and foster dad like to tease me because I am skinny but have legs for miles! (Don't be jealous). I am looking for my forever family. Here's a bit about ME: *I need a fenced in back yard to romp around in and stretch those long legs of mine. I'm energetic, and having the ability to run will be key to wearing me out! *I am a friendly gal! And somewhat oblivious too. See, I think every dog is the bee's knees so I go right up to them thinking they will be my bestie. I need a canine companion who is okay with that! It's technically not the proper doggie etiquette, but we all have our flaws. I just want a canine friend to wrestle, run and play play play! *I was cat tested the other day. I did great! The cats were really dog friendly, though. They came right up to me and didn't run. I sniffed them, and we were buds. I don't know how I will react when a cat runs though. I would probably chase, but you could teach me. *I am eager to learn! I know sit and paw. But I need someone to spend time with me and teach me more. * I am crate trained and potty trained. * I would LOVE to be able to go to doggie day care sometimes.
