Combining a robust corporate background and a fondness for mission-driven work, Phil leads the strategy and technology teams at PetSmart Charities of Canada. In his role, Phil supports the organization's long-term growth, including driving the organization's focus on supporting services that shape the future of animal welfare in areas of accessible veterinary care, pet food security, and disaster relief.

Prior to joining PetSmart Charities of Canada, Phil served in strategy roles for various organizations, including Republic Services, American Express and IBM, with a proven track record of strategically advising Fortune 500 firms and non-profit organizations to enhance profitability and growth.

His areas of expertise include operations, supply chain management, and organizational change across multiple industries, including electronics & high technology, chemicals & petroleum, consumer products, and retail.
