Nils Kravis

President | Epic Eats

Mr. Kravis is the President of Epic Eats - a multi-branded flex kitchen that offers a broad collection of chef curated cuisines prepared under one roof and available for take-out, delivery and catering. Epic has the rights to the Opa of Greece brand for Western Ontario and will develop Opa as a flagship brand in each location.

Mr. Kravis possesses more than thirty years of experience leading and managing the growth and expansion of restaurant operations in Canada and internationally. As a passionate President & CEO, Mr. Kravis was recognized as Canada's Top Foodservice Executive in 2004. He has helped change the Canadian foodservice and hospitality landscape by opening close to 500 restaurants, developing leading restaurant brands and building teams of professionals that led the organizations he worked with to award-winning recognition as Canada's Restaurant Company of the Year.

Mr. Kravis combines an entrepreneurial approach with pragmatic common sense to building team engagement and loyalty based on energy, optimism and integrity. He's committed to creating a genuine, hands-on service culture.

Mr. Kravis lost his first wife to cancer in 2010, but was blessed with two sons, Anders (30) and Ashton (25). He is now married to Jennifer and is pleased to welcome two step-daughters, Katie (19) and Emma (18), to the family. The Kravis family lives in Oakville, Ontario and they are pet parents to a golden retriever named Hudson.
