Jacquard

My story

Jacquard looks like he went through a rough tumble. His back leg is injured and he doesn’t put much weight on it when walking. Also his body has multiple patches of missing fur and raw skin like he was run over. Maybe it’s allergies, maybe it’s trauma. We just don’t know what happened on the streets but know it’s nothing good. Came in as a stray on 11/19/24. Found near 13300 S Indiana, Chicago *Adoptions are walk-in 12-6 daily at 2741 S. Western Ave. Chicago, IL *The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID. *All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up to date rabies vaccination for your dog or dogs. *Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.
