Cheerful A16996523 lb. spayed female, approx 6 months old -Meet Our Shy Little Sweetheart!-This timid little one is a bundle of curiosity wrapped in gentleness. Here’s what makes her special:- Wiggly and Adorable: A little baby talk is all it takes to turn our shy girl into a wiggly ball of joy!- Snack Time Trust: Treats are her love language! She adores snacks and will sit patiently to take them gently from your hand.- Cuddles and Kisses: Despite her nervousness, she loves receiving pets and showering you with sweet puppy kisses.- A World of Discovery: Everything is new and exciting for her, and she’s eager to explore at her own pace.- Leash Training in Progress: She’s not quite ready to walk on a leash yet, but with time and love, she’ll get there!- Seeking a Patient Companion: This little one would thrive with a caring adopter or foster who can provide the security she needs to blossom into the happy, wiggly puppy we know she can be!- Puppy Training Required: As a young pup, she’ll need some training, so please keep in mind that patience and time are essential to help her grow into the best version of herself.- Dog-Friendly Potential: She seems non-reactive to nearby dogs and may thrive in a home with a furry sibling after slow and proper introductions.-If you’re ready to open your heart to this timid but loving puppy, she’s waiting for you to help her shine!Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids•Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt •Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. •Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. •There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. •To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** •The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-3:30 BUT our adoptions are done 7 days a week from 10:30am -3:00pm. •The last potential adopter must arrive before 3:00 pm so we have time to properly help you before closing. **1431 E Ferry St. Detroit
