Meet Theodoro, a fluffy 3 yo/33 lb Collie mix with a heart of gold and a smile that lights up the room - he has the cutest toothy grin  This sweet boy has been a love to everyone in his foster —dogs and people alike. Theodoro is playful, crate trained, and has mastered his potty training while in foster. He’s been through the shelter system and is so excited to start a new life with a family who will love him forever.
