My story

MEET SERSI! - I am in a foster home, please make an appointment to meet me!Are you looking for your very own Moo Deng look-alike? This pygmy hippo has all the adorable appeal of her celebrity look-alike with non of the sass! Sersi is a happy smoosh-tato who enjoys sniffing flowers, meeting new doggy friends, and bathing in the sunshine! She would love to go to a low-key home with or without other pets. She enjoys gentle excercise like a walk around the block, but her real happy place is cuddled up with some blankies on the couch. She can go to a home with other dogs pending a dog meet in the shelter.Sersi is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team.For more information on Sersi or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
