We haven't seen him with cats but he can be tested.  Special Adoption Considerations: Because Baloo is shy, he needs to go to a home with a confident, welcoming resident dog. We would be cautious placing Baloo in a home with children under 12 years old because young kids can often scare shy dogs with their level of energy or noise.  Children would need to be supervised closely to not leave doors open and should never walk the dog without an adult holding the leash.  We would be happy to discuss this more in depth with any applicant. Currently Living at:  DC area foster home Baloo is Looking For:  His forever home! This happy young boy wants nothing more than to trot through the world with confidence, but right now he hasn't had enough experience in new places. He's looking for extra loving and patient humans who will show him the world at his pace, and a welcoming resident dog who will show him how to dog. Ultimately, he wants sniffy walks, romps in local parks, and all the adventures his family can dream up! Exploring all the toys also sounds great, as well as some delicious kibble and a cushy dog bed.   Most of all, though, he wants to know he's safe and loved and under his own roof every time the sun goes down. In exchange, he promises adoring gazes, cuddles, and loyalty for all his days.  What do you say? Can you see him trotting by your side? What My Foster Says About Me:   Baloo is such a sweet dog who loves to cuddle. He’s doing well with potty training. He loves to play with the resident dogs. He is treat motivated. He also loves toys and chasing after balls!   Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:      The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
