Miss Shampoo is new here and has been a little nervous as a newcomer, but we hear that once Shampoo is comfortable in a home, she is a sweet and affectionate cat. She boasts a soft and fluffy coat and the most charming multi-colored toe beans you've ever seen. Shampoo will welcome belly rubs and has a delightful, rumbling purr. While she isn't highly motivated by food and tends to graze, she enjoys attention and chasing her plastic spring toys around the floor. Shampoo is only vocal when seeking attention or play. She maintains her quiet demeanor in the mornings until you wake up, though she may join you for some snuggles under the cover during the colder months. Shampoo doesn't engage in grooming you because she regularly grooming her abundant amount of fluffy fur. Initially shy around visitors, she will emerge to socialize once she feels comfortable. Born in July 2020, Shampoo is primarily an indoor cat, exploring the outdoors on a leash only occasionally. She is up to date with her vaccinations, in excellent physical health, and weighs around 10.6 lbs.Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal.
