Soybean arrived at the care center as a stray, where she jumped socially on staff with a loose and wiggly body. In the care center, Soybean has been observed to leash bite, which is not easily redirectable, but she will take treats gently. Recently, the leash biting has become more intense. With one instance of her jumping on the handler with an open mouth and catching the handler's hand but did not break skin. Despite our best efforts by offering daily enrichment Soybean is having a hard time adjusting to the stress of the environment. Medically, Soybean has dermatitis. What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!I am excitable and energetic! I will need positive outlets for my energy!I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me.I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.
