My story

OLIVIA is a short-haired solid black cat, with an super sweet disposition.  She loves to have her chin scratched and is very receptive to being pet and loved by people.  Olivia came to our rescue with her three male kittens (LENNY, TUCK, and MING MING), and despite the stress of getting used to a new home and environment, she was a dedicated mama who learned to crave the attention of people while taking care of her kittens.  She has a very loud purr, and loves to rub on legs, even with strangers. She does take a little bit of time to warm up, but once she does, it’s all aboard the Purr-Train, as she has a little motor and keeps it running for you.  Olivia has been very brave with all the changes in her young life and has not let anything dampen her spirits.  She is due for a much-deserved rest in a home with people who will shower her with affection and adoration, which she rightly deserves. Olivia has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Olivia in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $155 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
