You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Billy (TX) is a male Labrador mix rescued in Texas.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Billy is 3 yrs old at the time of intake in May 2024.  Billy is good with people, other dogs and children. Despite his rough beginning, being chained to a house for years, he still manages to wag his tail.  Rescue Dogs Rock gave him he medical attention he needed and he is healing up. Who can do this to an animal?
