Here we have "Jack" and "Jill". They are about 2 years and 5 months old and we assume that they are brother and sister. We don't know anything about Jack and Jill because they were left in a carrier in one of our volunteer's driveway. When our volunteer went up to the carrier, she saw one cat. When she picked up the carrier, she thought it was a bit too heavy for one cat and ... surprise... there were two cats in the carrier! One cat was hiding way in the back! The first 3 pictures are Jack. The 4th picture is Jill. Jack is a handsome boy. He did not make it easy to take a picture of him because the only thing he wanted to do was hug and kiss! Jack is just a great cat and he is very very loving. Jill is a little shy. She had to be the one hiding way in the back of the carrier! Jill will definitely come around. She just needs a little time. Jack and Jill do not have to be adopted together. In their new homes, children must be 6 years old or older. Jack got neutered. Jill got spayed. They both got their shots and they both tested negative for feline leukemia/aids. To adopt from us, you MUST have a veterinarian reference in your own name. We will not place any animal without a veterinarian reference. We get a veterinarian reference from your veterinarian which is a history of medical care administered by your veterinarian to your present or previous pet or pets. Please do not contact us if you cannot abide by our adoption rules. The adoption fee for Jack and Jill is $235.00 each. No credit cards. You can meet any of our animals on Saturday at Petco located at 201 Union Street in Waterbury during our adoption hours from 12:00 to 3:00 so, if you are interested in meeting Jack and Jill or a particular animal, please email us at feline55keeper@gmail.com and we will be certain to bring that particular animal with us to Petco on Saturday. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE STRESS THAT IN ORDER TO ADOPT FROM US, YOU MUST HAVE A VETERINARIAN REFERENCE...NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Jack and Jill, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
