Love at First Meow
During March National Adoption Week, a family visited a PetSmart store to meet adoptable pets from Arizona Animal Welfare League, a PetSmart Charities partner. They were hoping to find a companion and planned to take their time getting to know the pets.
Then they met Lucy.
The moment she saw them, Lucy ran right up to the window. When they stopped to say hello, she brushed against them and greeted them with a sweet meow. In that instant, they knew she was the one.
They adopted Lucy that same day.
