Foxy (20260909-02)

My story

Foxy is a beautiful, soft-coated girl with stunning markings and an absolutely gentle heart. She adores people of all ages and sizes and greets everyone with a happy, wagging tail. Still young, she can get a little excited and jumpy and can be mouthy when she's over stimulated, but she responds well to correction and redirection. Dog-savvy children or older kids would be the best fit for her. Foxy is an energetic girl who settles nicely after a good walk or play session. She's wonderful on leash and would make a fantastic jogging partner or adventure buddy for an active person or family. She loves being outside people watching and never barks at anything she sees. She enjoys playing with other dogs and has a truly gentle nature-even when another dog isn't particularly friendly toward her. She enjoys belly rubs, cuddles, chasing balls and playing tug, and she travels beautifully in the car. This agile little lady can jump surprisingly high, so a secure, taller fenced yard is recommended. At night, she sleeps soundly in her crate in the bedroom. She is still learning to be comfortable home alone and may whine or cry periodically, but she is gradually improving. Foxy is looking for a family who will give her the exercise, mental stimulation, training and love she needs to become the very best version of herself. In return, she'll be a fun-loving, affectionate and loyal companion ready to fill your days with adventures and plenty of cuddles!
