My story

Meet Yank. He’s 7 pounds, 7 months old, and a Parson Russel Terrier Mix. At 15 weeks old, Yank had a hole in his mouth and burns on his lips. He had bruising, extreme inflammation, deep cuts and two holes around his muzzle. Someone put a rubber band on Yank’s mouth and left it there to cause these injuries. Additionally, from the band being tight, it played havoc on his teeth. His cheeks rubbing on them caused his gums to wear away. All of this before he was 15 weeks old. Now? This boy is perfect. He has healed which took a while but he’s playful, loves friends, runs like crazy, plays with toys and is happy on your lap. It’d be great if Yank had a friend around his size because he loves to play and wrestle but it’s not required. Yank is looking for his perfect family now.
