My story

QUICK FACTS Name: Anpang Age: 2 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Terrier mix (with a Chihuahua-like appearance) Color: Brown and black Weight: 6 kg / 13 lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was once on the euthanasia list at the Miryang City Shelter, with only a little time left.Luckily, a kind volunteer rescued me just in time, and now I’m safe, healthy, and ready to find a loving forever home.   MY HEALTH I tested negative for heartworm after treatment.   MY PERSONALITY Hi! I’m a sweet little girl who might be a bit shy at first, but I warm up quickly and then I’m full of love and affection. I adore treats, love to cuddle, and sometimes I even cling to new friends to show how much I care! I have the playful, spunky personality of a Chihuahua–Terrier mix and love showing off my cute, charming side.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m a little shy at first, but I’ll take treats from your hand and warm up quickly, letting you pet me soon after. I generally like women but can be scared of men. I haven’t met children under 13 yet, and once I feel comfortable, I even show my belly. · With Dogs: I’m very friendly and social, approaching not only my dog friends but also new dogs to say hello and invite them to play. I’ll greet unfamiliar dogs, though I don’t always play with them right away. I’m generally most comfortable and friendly with dogs that are similar in size to me. · With Cats: I haven’t been around cats, so my reactions to them are unknown.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level — I enjoy outdoor activities, but I relax calmly afterward. I tend to pull on the leash a little, but I generally follow people well.   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food, whether around people or other dogs. I may bark to ask for something I want, but I stay calm in my kennel. I’m comfortable going potty on indoor pads as well as outside. MY IDEAL HOME I’d do best in a calm and patient home where I can get gentle guidance and consistent care. A family who can give me lots of love, treats, and snuggles will be perfect — I promise to fill your days with happiness and sweetness!   SPECIAL NOTES I tend to be shy around strangers at first, but I warm up quickly. Once I’m comfortable, I’m very affectionate and love showing my playful, sweet side. Sometimes I even cling and show affection to people I’m meeting for the first time. I really love treats! I’m considered a Level 2 rescue dog, which means I’m friendly and social but may need some patience, gentle guidance, and consistent care. I have the look and personality of a Chihuahua–Terrier mix.   Angpang's YouTube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2587379##
