My story

Tuck is a four-year-old Standard Poodle who’s discovering what it means to be a family dog for the very first time. He came from a rural home where he lived in a heated shed with a fenced yard and was used for breeding. His owner loved him dearly but, when her circumstances changed, she made the difficult decision to surrender her three dogs. Tuck was the first to come into SPIN’s care, and he’s adjusting beautifully to life indoors. Despite missing out on early experiences like walks, training, and household life, Tuck is a happy, affectionate dog who loves people and is eager to please. He’s curious about everything, sometimes a little too enthusiastic, and learning the ropes of home life with the joy and energy of a big puppy.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Tuck, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
