Greta

My story

Greta is a 3½-year-old Pitt/Terrier mix who is as beautiful and energetic as she is loving. She adores people and will happily pull you across the street to greet every friendly face. Indoors, Greta is a dream—flawlessly house-trained (business is always outside) with impeccable manners. She never chews furniture or household items and doesn’t counter surf. At 48 pounds, Greta is remarkably strong for her size and has lots of energy. Sadly, we must rehome her because we can no longer manage her on walks—she pulls hard and can become highly reactive when she sees other dogs. However, this behavior is largely leash-based; Greta is very social and plays beautifully with other dogs in off-leash settings such as daycare, dog parks, or boarding. Greta needs a strong, committed owner who can provide ample exercise and work with her on leash skills.
