My story

Quick Facts• Name: InSam• Age: About 5 years old• Gender: Male• Neutered: Yes• Breed: Jindo Mix• Color: White• Weight: 14 kg / 31 lbs• Microchip: Yes   My HealthVaccinations: Up to date.Heartworm Test: Positive in August 2022 → completed full treatment (pretreatment in August 2022, injections in September 2022, post-treatment for 30 days). Tested negative in April 2023. Scheduled for follow-up test soon.Heartworm Treatment History: Successfully completed treatment in 2022.Other Medical Conditions: I lost my eyesight early on, but I’ve learned to live happily and confidently without it.   My PersonalityPeople often say I’m full of warmth and love. I enjoy leaning into humans for comfort, and I especially like to rest between someone’s knees or snuggle close whenever I can. Even though I don’t see the world the same way others do, I’ve found my own rhythm. I climb stairs, go on walks, and explore with ease, guided by trust and a bit of intuition. I’m calm, affectionate, and deeply people-oriented. I quickly bond with those around me and I find so much joy in simple closeness. My gentle nature makes me easy to be around. I rarely bark, I’m patient even with younger pups, and I have a quiet strength that shines through.   My Social Life• With People: I love people dearly and warm up quickly. I don’t mind being held and I happily roll over for belly rubs once I feel comfortable.• With Other Dogs: I don’t show much interest in other dogs and prefer calm company. Energetic pups can feel a little overwhelming, but I coexist peacefully and even tolerate playful youngsters.• With Cats: I haven’t met cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d react.   On My WalksI enjoy calm walks and do very well in quieter areas where I can take in the smells and sounds. Busy streets with heavy traffic can feel overwhelming, but with reassurance, I focus on the things I enjoy most simply being outside with my human.   Life at HomeI’m a wonderful, easy companion. I don’t guard food, I’m quiet. I’m also comfortable riding in cars and can hop in and out on my own. For potty time, I prefer going outdoors, which helps keep the home tidy.   My Ideal HomeI would love a home with kind people who value a gentle, loving spirit. I thrive with those who appreciate closeness and are happy to share quiet companionship. While my eyes may not see, my heart sees everything and it longs to connect deeply with my forever family. If you’re looking for a devoted friend who will love you with every bit of his being, I may be the one you’ve been waiting for. I can’t wait to find my forever humans and give them all the love I’ve been saving just for them.   For More YouTube Clips, Click Here!InSam’s YouTube Playlist ##2508830##
