Please enter Meet Frankie (#17267) Frankie is a gentle, five-year-old gray tabby domestic long hair who was first spotted in a colony during the winter of 2025. Life outside took a toll on him—he came in underweight with severely matted fur—but his sweet nature has never wavered. Now in foster care, Frankie is slowly learning that he’s safe. He’s talkative, craves head scratches, and wants nothing more than to feel secure and loved. He’s got a soft face, big paws, and a heart that’s ready to trust again.
