My story

Meet Chief – Your Loyal Adventure Buddy in the Making! Adolescent • Cattle Dog Mix • Medium Size Looking for a sweet, soulful companion who’ll blossom with a little patience and a lot of love? Meet Chief, a shy but affectionate cattle dog mix who’s ready to find his forever family. Chiefmay be a little timid when meeting new people, but once he knows you, he’s all heart — gentle, cuddly, and deeply loyal. He’s already great on leash and enjoys peaceful walks where he can take in the world at his own pace. He also gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would do great in a home with a confident canine friend to show him the ropes. With time and positive experiences, Chief is sure to gain confidence and become the loving, devoted sidekick he’s meant to be. If you believe in giving a shy pup a chance to shine, Chief is ready to meet you. Come say hello — he may just be the quiet hero your home is missing.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Chief, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
