Dumped in box along with 6 others on Proctor. No collar or microchip. Black collar to identify Adoption Fee: $100 for Dogs, $75 for Cats: This includes S/N, 1 yr rabies, 1 yr city license for dogs and a micro-chip. If already S/N, fees are: $50 for dogs, $30 for cats
