My story

Say hello to ROGER! Roger is a short-haired, orange tabby kitten with a purr that keeps on going. He starts purring the moment you walk into the room! Roger and his siblings MISTER, CRYSTAL, and MIDNIGHT were born under a porch and spent their first weeks of life as strays. Sweet Roger was the first of the three to open up after being rescued. He is still a little wary of dogs, but he adores children and other cats. He enjoys getting pets and playing with stick toys. Roger may take a few days to warm up, but when he does, he will be a charming and loving member of the family! He would love to be adopted with one of his siblings. Roger has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet ROGER at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in South Eugene (2858 Willamette St).  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet. The $175 ($320 for a pair) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
