**Sweet - Affectionate - Playful** (LJ 07/25) Petra is a sweet, affectionate, and playful kitten with a gentle spirit and a big heart. She has asoft, endearing meow and loves sharing nose kisses with her foster mom. When she's feelingmellow, Petra adores being petted-and she'll purr contentedly to show how much she enjoysit. One of her favorite quiet-time activities is sitting on the windowsill, watching the birds at thefeeder outside.Though a bit shy at first, Petra is very food-motivated-offer her a Churu treat, and you'll haveher crawling into your lap as your new best friend in no time!Petra often plays the "little mom" in her family, grooming and cooing at her siblings (Anna,Tony, and Rachel) and her mom, Molly. She's especially close with her sister Anna, and theywould love to be adopted together.When it's time to play, Petra is a ball of energy! She's a rough-and-tumble kitten who loveswrestling with her siblings and chasing after her favorite toys-plastic springs, sparkly balls,crinkly toys, and catnip mice. She also enjoys interactive playtime with her foster mom usingwand toys, again jumping into her lap to get closer to the toy.Petra has excellent litter box manners and always cleans herself after meals. Petra would dobest in a calm, patient home without small or loud children, as she can be sensitive to loudnoises and fast movements. However, older, respectful, cat-savvy kids would be just fine.Petra is the perfect mix of nurturing and playful-and she's ready to bring her love, purrs, andplayful energy to a forever home, especially one that welcomes her beloved sister Anna too!Petra's adoption fee is $225. To start the adoption process for them, please APPLY ONLINE - applications are reviewed in the order received. After you apply, we may contact you to schedule a virtual or in-person meet-and-greet at the foster parent's residence. If you then decide to adopt, you'll complete an adoption counseling session and we'll schedule a pickup appointment. Adoption pick-ups may happen from the foster's residence.
