I can't wait to be your new lap cat.I am finding the shelter a little overwhelming, but when it's just you and me and some peace and quiet you'll see what a love bug I am.I am looking for a home with a patient person.I'm sensitive and shy. I'll need extra help from you.I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.It could be with you! Click here to learn more about the adoption process!A volunteer writes: Moosington lifted a paw and placed it on his condo door. His version of waving shows just how much Moosington only doesn't want to be left out and it's also the cutest. It also seems to serve as his introduction because once I opened his condo door, Moosington skipped the requisite sniffs and leaned his whole side onto my hand until he was lying flat. He politely acknowledged the pipe cleaner feather I insisted on waving around, but really all he wanted to do was cuddle. Friendly and gregarious, Moosington went to hop out onto my lap a few times but he's a social butterfly who wants to go and do. I love how Moosington uniquely holds his tail flat against his back as he nuzzles and headbutts. There are times Moosington can get a little overstimulated by all the fun but he has a great big heart and a lot of love that he's been trying to share.
