My story

Location: Strasburg, VA Meet Basil – Your Pocket-Sized Explorer Date of Birth: May 18, 2025 Personality Basil is adventurous, playful, and endlessly curious. She’s a friendly little pup who approaches the world with a wag and a bounce. Whether she’s exploring the backyard or chasing her siblings around, she does it all with joy and charm. She’s also incredibly sweet and affectionate - just the right mix of spirited and snuggly. Energy Level This fun-sized girl has a moderate puppy energy level. She loves romping around, but she also settles easily for a good nap or cuddle session. Her adorable little legs give her the cutest prance—it’s impossible not to smile watching her explore. Skills and Training - Socialized with humans and littermates - Working on pee pad training - Curious and quick to learn - Will be ready for house training - Comfortable with routine and structure Companionship Basil would do well in just about any loving home. She’s confident and people-oriented and would be a great match for families ready to raise a playful pup. She loves attention, playtime, and all the affection you can spare. Love and Affection Basil is soft, snuggly, and sweet as can be. She loves being around her humans and lights up when she’s getting love. She’s got a heart full of affection and plenty of tail wags to share. Included Veterinary Care - Visit to veterinarian for health certificate - Up to date on vaccinations for her age - Microchipped - Heartworm preventative - Flea and tick preventative - Worm/parasite treatments Spay surgery included at one of our partner vet clinics (locations in VA, MD, and PA) Basil may be small in size, but she’s full of heart, fun, and affection. With her sweet temperament and adventurous spirit, she’s ready to bring joy to your home and grow into your best friend. Spay/Neuter at one of our partner veterinarians is included in the adoption fee.
