My story

Nina is a tiny blonde beauty with the heart of a puppy and the energy to match! This adorable Yorkshire Terrier mix is full of zest and love, always ready for her next adventure—or cuddle session. She gets along well with other dogs and even cats (though she might give them a playful chase now and then). Nina is still working on her potty training and learning household boundaries, she’s eager to please and making progress every day! Because she’s so excitable, she sometimes forgets where the potty is, but she’s getting the hang of using pads. Nina can be a bit sensitive when it comes to vet care and medical handling, so a patient and gentle adopter would be ideal. She would love a future vet who can work with her and her sensitivities. With consistency, exercise, and lots of love, this sweet and spirited girl will make an amazing addition to a home ready for her joyful puppy energy! All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
