My story

This little guy has been through the worse of it and is truly a survivor. He's looking for a home to give him the grace and love he deserves. Bucky Barnes is just 1 year old, and in his young age, he has already known abandonment by his humans. He discovered huddled in a tiny cat carrier, tucked away on a back road, surrounded by fields and factories. He was so, so skinny (who knows how long he had been sitting there waiting for help) and needed immediate TLC. Now safe and sound under our care, Bucky has been medically cleared and is slowly learning what it means to be loved. He needs a compassionate and understanding adopter who will give him the time and space to feel secure. He desperately wants love, but whoever had him before did not treat him well. He can be a bit hesitant, but if you go at his own pace, he will be your bestie. He happily perks up at the sounds of people coming to greet him, but we discovered his favorite thing so far seem to be so simple - a tasty treat! He has been vaccinated and microchipped, and he will be neutered before leaving.
