My story

MEET ARCHIE!!! ARCHIE is 3 years old, 17 pounds, and he is a chihuahua mix. He is very loving and energetic. He can be a bit snippy with strangers and new people.... a bit fearful initially, but warms up as he learns to trust. He's already kennel trained and housebroken! He is a bit of a scaredy cat, so he needs a SECURE yard, and no kids (who may accidentally open up a door). He is not a fan of car rides, he'd prefer to hang out at home with you. Archie is good on a leash and LOVES to go for walks. He does well with most dogs (is non-reactive), but doesn't really like other pups 'in his face', so he does require proper intros. He needs a home without cats. He would love a little dog buddy to play and do zoomies with!  Like many chihuahuas, Archie is the kind of dog who really bonds with his one person. He will be a great companion to someone. He would do great in a home with 1 person or maybe 2 people. He will do best in a home without lots of people coming and going, and someone willing to kennel him when visitors are present. He is available to be adopted in the East Valley area!
